Package Downloads, Sales Page, Graphics
CWhen this package is purchased, the purchaser obtains all rights to the sales pages, graphics, files, etc. related to each 'individual product' and is free to use these items as they wish (Developer's restrictions must be honored if they are stated within the download file). Sales pages and graphics developed by our webmaster are only available to the 1st 250 customers and will be delivered on June 20, 2011. To protect our investment in the design of the sales page and graphics as well as assuring the exclusiveness to the 1st 250 customers the sales page and graphics cannot be used prior to June 20th. The existing sales page has been "html protected" to prevent copy/paste features but the sales page delivered to customers on June 20th will not be protected to allow easy modification of the sales page. Customers are free to use all products (except those items noted) immediately but cannot use the name "Articles Extraordinaire" (or any similar name) until June 20th. Note that 3 products included in the "8 Tools To Create & Promote" and "Fast Action Bonuses" are high-quality "personal use products" and cannot be resold (Yes, we have the right to include them but do not have the right to allow customers to pass on those rights to others). When the sales page is delivered on June 20th you will also receive 5 additional products that can be used to substitute for the 3 personal use products as you desire, or you can opt to include other products. Please Note The Following: We recently purchased the 140,000 Ultimate PLR Articles Package for almost as much as we charge for The Webmaster's Private Label Rights Package so you would have a great resource to create content, eBooks, reports, etc. But please be aware of 2 points. (1) With so many articles we simply cannot justify the time it would take to check these for duplication or if some may have been contained in other packages. (2) As with most article packages there always seems to be a few items that are skipped in the extraction process because the developer assigned a name that was too long, etc. We test extracted most of the packs and did find that a few articles were not extracted for that reason. My recommendation is that you don't get concerned and waste an inordinate amount of time trying to recover a few articles of approximately 140,000. We also recently purchased the "200,000+ PLR Articles Package In 650 Niches" and would expect to see some duplication with articles contained in other article packages. There is no quick solution to comparing package to package to see if any articles are duplicated. However, we are extremely confident that the realistic total of the articles contained in the Articles Extraordinaire Package" is well above 175,000, making it the largest article package ever offered. Customers are free to re-package products to offer within their own packages if they desire to do so. Anyone using any of our materials prior to June 20th will cease to receive new products added to this package throughout the year and will forfeit all rights to the use of the contents! I apologize for being so blunt but customers have done extremely well with packages offered previously and we are trying to keep the playing field level for everyone.
