Selling The Private Label Rights To These Products (Word Format)

• You cannot, under any circumstances at all, resell, give away or trade the Private Label Rights to these products, whether in full or in part.

Offline Publishing

• You cannot use the Private Label materials of these products to publish your work offline. This includes, but not limited to, hard copy books, tapes, CDs, DVDs, and MP3s.

Sales Letter & Graphics

• You can edit the sales letter. Example; put your name in the sales letter, insert your order link, enter your own bonuses, make changes to the sales page content, etc. However, you cannot edit the license in any manner whatsoever.
• You can edit the graphics to these products. Example; put your name on the E-Cover, alter the design, using your own titles, branding your trade name into the titles and sub-titles, etc.

Other Important Terms & Conditions

• You are responsible for customer service. 2nd-Income-Solutions.com and Michael Holder will not be responsible for the lack or failure of their reseller's customer service, as the business dealings are between the reseller and his or her direct customer.
• You cannot use misleading marketing tactics, SPAM or any other illegal/unethical methods to market these products.
• You cannot add, use or impersonate my name (Michael Holder), business name (2nd-Income-Solutions.com) or any other of my business or personal information to these products, sales copy and/or promotion campaigns.
• You cannot claim copyright to these products unless substantial changes are made to these products. Substantial changes constitute that at least 50% of the product changes.
• All web site links (URLs) MUST point to business related web sites. In other words, NO porno, gambling or other unrelated business web sites.
• You cannot copy, duplicate, reproduce, and/or steal any part of the sales letter at http://www.2nd-income-solutions.com/PLR_MRR_2IS_Offer_1.html.
• Michael Holder & 2nd-Income-Solutions.com are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your application or non-application of the product and its Private Label Rights.
• Michael Holder & 2nd-Income-Solutions.com has the right to refuse or discontinue service to you for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement or breach of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia and you agree to personal jurisdiction by a Georgia court for this purpose.
